thirty day experiments

the original plan was to launch this as a year of monthly challenges titled “one year thirty days,” however, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the concept, the displeasure mostly pertaining to the commitment of actively pursuing this for 365 days straight. although challenging, that’s just not realistic to my lifestyle. So I’ve revised it to “thirty day experiments”. The window of opportunity is always open for those who want to step in with new aspirations; not just in January and not restricted to only one year. Lastly, let’s not refer to these as challenges; they are simply experiments.
